Assalamalikum Dear Community,

ADAMS Center is working on forming Emergency Response team to help our community, community at large and our Interfaith Partners. We will work with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), State and County officials to build our response team. Center for Disease Control (CDC) highly recommends to form a community response team since it will be hard to find caregivers in a pandemic situation. We pray to almighty Allah that it never happens to our community or any community out there.

I am requesting community members who has backgrounds in Emergency Management, Health Professionals and Care Givers to be part of the response team. FEMA also suggests that everyone who are able to give their time to be part of this team. I have asked ADAMS Scout Leaders to lead this effort and manage the operations of this body.

Please sign up and we will let you know the next meeting/training event at ADAMS center.

Jazak Allah Khair

As Salamu Alaykum Dear Community

ADAMS Imam's Office and Office of the President take the Corona COVID-19 Virus concerns very seriously. We would like to keep our Main center, Branches and Satellite open for Daily/Jumma prayers, programs and activities. However, we need your help.

ADAMS Imam's office requests that we help protect all community members and all people coming to our centers:  This applies to all ADAMS Programs & Activities, Classes, Daily Prayer, Jumaa Prayer, Taraweh Prayer, Eid Prayer.

1) PLEASE STAY HOME, If you have flu like symptom (Fever, Cough, Sneeze, Runny Nose, Headache, Join Aches/Pains etc..),

2) PLEASE STAY HOME, If you have recently traveled to and from affected area,

3) PLEASE STAY HOME, If you have been in contact with anyone with Corona COVID-19 Virus

4) Do NOT shake hands, instead just Say Salam verbally.

5) Please bring your own clean prayer rugs to Masjid for additional protection

6) Please wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds before Wudu(Ablution) and use hand sanitizer often.

7) Please sneeze and cough into a tissue or your arm and wash your hands with soap and water (for 20 seconds) right after.

Anyone seen excessive coughing, sneezing or exhibiting flu like symptoms will be askes to leave the masjid to protect fellow community members

As Muslims it is our duty to minimize harm and seek the greater good. As part of the process; preventing others from getting sick, especially the elderly, far exceeds the benefit of attending congregational and jumaa prayers.

Our programs and activities as well as prayers are in regular schedule. We will update as soon as something changes

Jazak Allah Khair
